Rental Terms
Last updated: July 2026 · A signed rental agreement at pickup forms the full contract; these are the key terms in plain English.
Who can hire
Drivers need a full Australian licence (or an equivalent international licence with an English translation) held for at least 12 months. Drivers under 25 may attract a young-driver surcharge on the luxury line. For wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) bookings, the nominated driver must be listed on the booking and complete the handover briefing.
Pricing and payment
Quoted rates are launch pricing, per day, and confirmed at booking. Hires of 7 days or more receive a 10% discount on the vehicle rate; 28-day hires receive 19%. Add-ons (support driver, delivery, equipment options) are itemised on your quote. NDIS plan-managed and self-managed participants can be invoiced directly.
Delivery and pickup
We're based on the Gold Coast and can deliver Australia-wide — delivery fees depend on the destination and are quoted before you commit. Vehicles are fuelled, cleaned, and (for WAVs) checked over before every handover, including a walk-through of ramp or hoist operation and restraint points.
Care of the vehicle
You're responsible for the vehicle during your hire: fuel, tolls, fines, and driving it lawfully and sensibly. Smoking isn't permitted in any vehicle. Report any damage or mechanical concern to us as soon as it's safe to do so.
Accessibility equipment
Ramps, hoists and Q'Straint restraints are checked on a 90-day service cycle. Use the restraints as shown at handover, and call us rather than improvising if anything doesn't fit or work as expected — we'd rather talk you through it or swap the vehicle.
Cancellations
Plans change — especially around health and support schedules, and we get that. Cancellation terms are set out in your rental agreement, and we take a common-sense approach for NDIS-related changes wherever we can.
